空调器室内机制冷剂流动声产生机制及改善方案

摘要 空调器室内机噪声是空调舒适性评判的重要指标之一,其中制冷剂流动声是室内机噪声中较难解决和客户投诉较多的一个问题。本文对室内机制冷剂流动声产生的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案。理论分析和试验结果表明,电子膨胀阀垂直放置、引入盲管技术、过滤器分体式设计、增加黄铜管接头、改善换热器流路等措施对室内机制冷剂流动声的改善效果明显。 The noise of indoor unit of air conditioner is one of the important indexes of comfort evaluation,and the refrigerant flow sound is one of the problems which is difficult to solve and customers complain more in the noise of indoor unit.The causes of the refrigerant flow sound in indoor unit are analyzed,and some relevant solutions are put forward.Through theoretical analysis and test results,it is found that after the comprehensive implementation of vertical placement of electronic expansion valve,introduction of blind pipe technology,filter split design,increase of brass parts,flow path improvement of heat exchanger and other measures,the refrigerant flow sound in the indoor unit is significantly improved.
