直接蒸发冷却技术在榆林某水泥厂适用性分析

Applicability of direct evaporative cooling technology for one cement plant in Yulin

摘要 根据《工业建筑供暖通风与空气调节设计规范》相关规定进行相关理论计算,结果表明直接蒸发冷却设备应用于榆林地区某实际项目回转窑工艺段时,设备的直接蒸发效率应在61%~96%范围内选择。以上述回转窑工艺段为例进行分析,直接蒸发冷却设备的运行模式选定为:1—4月和11—12月采取直接通风运行模式,5—10月采取直接蒸发冷却空调设备淋水运行模式。 According to the relevant provisions of Design Code for Heating,Ventila-tion and Air Conditioning of Industrial Buildings,the relevant theoretical calculations are conducted.The results show that when the direct evaporative cooling equipment is applied to the rotary kiln process section of one real project in Yulin area,the direct evaporation efficiency of the equipment should be selected within the range of 61%to 96%.The operation mode of the direct evaporative cooling equipment in the rotary kiln process section above mentioned is determined that the ventilation operation mode is adopted from January to April and from November to December,and the water spraying operation mode of the direct evaporative cooling air-conditioning equipment is adopted from May to October.
