大功率离心式制冷压缩机异步电机无速度传感器直接传动控制研究及应用

摘要 离心式制冷压缩机领域异步牵引电机通常不安装转速传感器,开环的恒压频比(V/F)控制模式无法很好地应对负载及母线电压的波动,因此,采用无速度传感器闭环控制实现机组的安全可靠运行十分必要。文章介绍了异步直驱系统基本原理,对大功率高速异步直驱系统无速度传感器闭环矢量控制技术进行研究,运用异步电机分段无速度控制的策略,最后通过装机试验验证了该方案的有效性。 Asynchronous traction motor in the field of centrifugal refrigeration compressor usually do not install the speed sensor,the open-loop constant voltage frequency ratio control mode(V/F)can’t deal well when load and bus voltage fluctuations,therefore,closed-loop sensorless control it is necessary to realize the safe and reliable operation of the unit,this paper introduces the asynchronous direct-drive system,The closed-loop sensorless vector control technology of high power and high speed asynchronous direct drive system is studied.Based on the load characteristics of air conditioning unit,the strategy of piecewise closed-loop sensorless control is adopted,and finally the effective-ness of the scheme is verified by experiments.
