智能化矿山数据融合与应用研究

Research on intelligent mining data fusion and application

数据和网络通信是矿山智能化的重要基础,制定统一的数据融合与共享规范体系,对保障数据的有效传递和共享应用、促进矿山智能化发展具有重要意义。针对目前矿山数据孤岛和信息烟囱等问题,分析了国家矿山安全监察局发布的《智能化矿山数据融合共享规范》(以下简称《规范》),阐述了中国联通内部数据治理实践以及“一套制度规范、一个数据中台、一套治理方法”的数据治理举措,同时分享了中国联通矿山智能综合管控平台对外数据治理能力输出案例,最后以金谷矿业项目为例,介绍了该平台在提质、降本、增效等方面对矿山企业带来的具体成效。

Data and network communication are important foundations for mine intelligence.Developing a unified data fusion and sharing standard system is of great significance for ensuring effective data transmission and sharing applications,and promoting the development of mine intelligence.In response to the current issues of mining data silos and information chimneys,the"Specification for Intelligent Mine Data Fusion and Sharing"issued by the National Mine Safety Administration was analyzed,the internal data governance practices of China Unicom and the data governance measures of"one set of institutional norms,one data center,and one set of governance methods"were elaborated,at the same time,the output cases of China Unicom's mine intelligent comprehensive control platform's external data governance capabilities were shared,finally,the effectiveness of the platform in improving quality,reducing costs,and increasing efficiency for mining enterprises was introduced by taking the Jingu Mining project as an example.
