带式输送机无源自动喷雾系统研究与应用

Research and application of passive automatic spray system for belt conveyor

煤矿带式输送机运输巷道要求每隔500~1000 m安装1套喷雾装置,针对传统喷雾系统存在的粗放式降尘设施设备多、故障率高、需人工启停、耗能大等问题,研究了带式输送机无源自动喷雾系统,介绍了无源自动喷雾原理以及带式输送机无源自动喷雾系统的结构组成。通过在国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司哈拉沟煤矿(以下简称“哈拉沟煤矿”)实际应用表明,该系统应用滚筒式发电机技术为喷雾装置自主供电,解决了带式输送机自动喷雾装置的电源问题,且自动喷雾装置可在运输巷中成为供电电源的补充,即为其他电气设备提供小功率电源,达到节能降耗的目的,同时又实现了带式输送机喷雾装置的自动控制启停,降低了员工的劳动强度。

A set of spray device is required to be installed every 500~1000 m in transport roadway with belt conveyor in coal mine.Aiming at the problems of extensive dust suppression facilities and equipment,high failure rate,manual start and stop,and high energy consumption existing in the traditional spray system,the passive automatic spray system for belt conveyor is studied,and the structure and the principle of passive automatic spray system of belt conveyor are introduced.The actual application in Halagou Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.shows that the system uses the roller generator technology to supply power to the spray device independently,solving the power problem of the automatic spray device of the belt conveyor,and the automatic spray device can become a supplement to the power supply in the transport roadway,providing small power supply for other electrical equipment,so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.At the same time,the system also realizes the automatic start and stop control of the belt conveyor spray device,reducing the labor intensity of employees.
