摘要 在煤泥水回收利用处理过程中需要依据煤泥水的浓度来调整化学药剂的用量,而药剂量的使用对煤泥水的处理效果具有直接影响,从而影响整个工艺流程。因此,基于超声波衰减检测技术设计出了超声波在线浓度检测仪,利用超声波在线浓度检测仪对浓缩机的入料及底流的煤泥水浓度进行检测,进而更加科学合理地调控浓缩工艺中药剂的使用量,并在国能榆林能源郭家湾选煤厂进行了现场应用;应用结果表明,该浓度检测方案运转可靠,与人工检测的煤泥水浓度相比平均检测误差小于7.183 g/L,满足检测精度要求。 The concentration of slime water in the treatment process is an important basis for regulating the dosage of added chemical agents,and the dosage has a direct impact on the treatment effect of slime water,thus affecting the entire process.Therefore,based on the ultrasonic attenuation detection technology,an ultrasonic online concentration detector was designed to detect the concentration of slime water in the feed and underflow of the thickener,and then regulate the dosage of chemical agents in the thickening process in a more scientific and reasonable way.The filed application in Guojiawan Coal Preparation Plant of China Energy Yulin Energy show that the concentration detection scheme is reliable,and the average detection error of slime water concentration is less than 7.183 g/L compared with manual detection,which meets the requirements of detection accuracy.
