我公司优化工艺参数提高熟料强度的实践

摘要 我公司一直使用高碱页岩作为铝质校正材料配料,熟料碱含量平均达到0.85%,熟料质量平均28 d强度为57.8 MPa,为降低熟料碱含量,使用湿粉煤灰替代页岩,熟料碱含量降至0.68%,熟料质量平均28 d强度提高为59.2 MPa,但仍达不到集团下达的60 MPa目标,通过优化配料方案,控制煅烧温度,调整窑头火焰,提高熟料中M1型C3S比例,熟料28 d强度提高至64.8 MPa。 Our company has been using high-alkali shale as the ingredient of aluminum correction material.The average alkali content of clinker reaches 0.85%,and the average 28 d strength of clinker is 57.8 MPa.In order to reduce the alkali content of clinker,wet fly ash is used to replace shale.The alkali content of clinker is reduced to 0.68%,and the average 28 d strength of clinker is increased to 59.2 MPa,which still cannot reach the 60 MPa target set by the group.By optimizing the batching scheme,controlling the calcination temperature,adjusting the kiln flame,and increasing the proportion of M1 type C3S in clinker,the 28 d strength of clinker is increased to 64.8 MPa.
