结构加固用干混自密实混凝土的制备与强度试验

摘要 本文选取不同的水料比和粗骨料含量,制定了8种制备干混自密实混凝土的配比方案。根据不同方案制备的干混自密实混凝土拌合物的坍落扩展度、T500扩展时间,选取满足自密实混凝土工作性能的配比进行抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和钢筋握裹强度试验。试验结果表明,当水料比取1.3,粗骨料含量取30%和35%时,制备的干混自密实混凝土同时具备良好的工作性能和力学性能,可应用于结构加固。 Eight mixing schemes for preparing Dry-mixed self-compacting concrete were developed by selecting different ratio of water and material and coarse aggregate content in this paper.According to the slump flow and T500 expansion time of the Dry-mixed self-compacting concrete mixture prepared in different schemes,the proportion meeting the working performance of self-compacting concrete is selected for compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength and gripping strength with reinforcement tests.The test results show that Dry-mixed self-compacting concrete prepared has good working performance and mechanical properties at the same time when the ratio of water and material is 1.3,and the coarse aggregate content is 30%or 35%,and can be used for structural reinforcement.
