嵌入性理论视角下政府补贴与企业技术创新——政府隶属度的调节作用研究

Government subsidies and enterprise technological innovation from the perspective of embeddedness theory:Research on the moderating effect of government affiliation

文章从嵌入性理论视角出发,探究政府补贴、政府隶属度对企业技术创新的作用机制。将技术创新划分为探索式技术创新和利用式技术创新两个维度,分别分析政府补贴对企业技术创新整体水平、探索式创新及利用式创新的影响,在此基础上,研究企业政府隶属度对主效应的调节作用。以529家国有制造企业2008-2017年的面板数据为样本数据进行固定效应负二项回归分析,结果显示,政府补贴对企业总体技术创新水平、探索式创新及利用式创新均具有正向促进作用;政府隶属度对政府补贴与企业总体技术创新、探索式创新之间的关系具有正向调节作用,对政府补贴与利用式创新之间的关系没有影响。

From the perspective of embeddedness theory,this article explores the mechanism of government subsidies and government subordination on enterprise technological innovation.Dividing technological innovation into two dimensions,exploratory technological innovation and utilization technological innovation,and analyzing the impact of government subsidies on the overall level of enterprise technological innovation,exploratory innovation,and utilization innovation.On this basis,studying the moderate impact of government affiliation on the main effect.Using the panel data of 529 state-owned manufacturing companies from 2008 to 2017 as the sample data,a fixed-effect negative binomial regression analysis is conducted.The results show that government subsidies have a positive effect on the overall technological innovation level,exploratory innovation and utilization innovation of enterprises;The government affiliation has a positive moderate effect on the relationship between government subsidies and the overall technological innovation and exploratory innovation of enterprises,and has no effect on the relationship between government subsidies and utilization innovation.
