四川省旅游业交通碳排放与经济增长脱钩关系研究

On the Decoupling Relationship Between Carbon Emissions from Tourism Transportation and Economic Growth in Sichuan Province

旅游碳排放是影响其经济绿色发展的主要因素,是当前学术研究的热点问题。文章采用UNWTO计算方法,测算2000—2020年四川省旅游交通碳排放量;同时利用Tapio脱钩弹性模型分析四川省旅游交通碳排放与经济脱钩关系。结果发现:旅游交通碳排放总量,呈现出先增后减,再增再减的趋势;不同交通方式的碳排放量差异较大;人均旅游交通碳排放量整体呈现出下降趋势;旅游经济与旅游交通碳排放脱钩状态以弱脱钩为主。据此提出:加强技术创新,减少能源消耗;推进旅游交通工具低碳转型,加强清洁能源使用强度;加快构建绿色交通基础设施和运输体系;鼓励游客低碳出行与绿色消费等建议。

Carbon emission of tourism,the main factor affecting the green development of the tourism economy,is a hot issue of current academic research.This paper adopts the UNWTO calculation method to measure the carbon emission of tourism transportation in Sichuan Province from 2000 to 2020.Meanwhile,it analyzes the relationship between tourism transportation carbon emission and economic decoupling in Sichuan by using Tapio decoupling elasticity model.The findings are as follows:the total carbon emission of tourism transportation showed a trend of increasing,then decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing again;the carbon emission of different transportation modes differed greatly;the carbon emission of tourism transportation per capita showed an overall trend of decreasing;the decoupling state of tourism economy and tourism transportation carbon emission was mainly weak decoupling.Accordingly,efforts should be made to:strengthen technological innovation to reduce energy consumption;promote the low-carbon transformation of tourism transportation and strengthen the intensity of clean energy use;quickly build green transportation infrastructure and transportation system;and encourage low-carbon travel and green consumption among tourists.
