基于价值共创的武夷山国家公园旅游体验提升路径研究

On the Path of Tourism Experience Enhancement in Wuyishan National Park Based on Value Co-creation

摘要 以武夷山国家公园为案例地,基于价值共创理论,搜集在线旅游网站游客武夷山景区评论文本,运用内容分析法探究游客旅游体验。研究发现:游客体验存在景观与游客交互性弱,要素体验地方性不强,文化特质不显著等特征。基于分析结果构建游客体验价值共创路径:以游客和武夷山国家公园为价值共创主体,以提升旅游体验为目标,通过信息交互提升景观体验、协同管理提升服务和要素体验、人地交流提升情感文化体验,促进武夷山国家公园的可持续发展。 Taking Wuyishan National Park as a case site,based on the value co-creation theory,this research has collected the reviews of tourists on Wuyishan attractions from online tourism websites and explored tourists tourism experience by using content analysis method.The study has found that:the tourist experience has characteristics such as weak interaction between landscape and tourists,weak localization of elemental experience,and insignificant cultural characteristics.Based on the results of the analysis,a value co-creation path for tourists experience has been constructed:with tourists and Wuyishan National Park as the main subjects of value co-creation,and with the goal of enhancing tourism experience,the sustainable development of Wuyishan National Park is promoted:information interaction enhances landscape experience,collaborative management enhances service and elemental experience,and human-place communication enhances emotional and cultural experience.
