摘要
餐饮类专业承担着培养高素质餐饮人才的重任,但在调研中发现,有部分餐饮工作者存在一些问题,餐饮类专业落实课程思政,势在必行,对提升餐饮类人才质量具有重要意义。实践中需要充分发挥专业优势,积极探索餐饮类专业课程思政的有效路径,以社会主义核心价值观教育为指导思想,构建“一二三”课程思政协同育人模式,明确“一个关键”,做好“两个凝练”,抓好“三个课堂”,将课程思政改革真正落实、落细。
Catering majors bear the responsibility of cultivating high-quality catering talents,but it is found in the survey that some catering workers have many problems.It is imperative for catering majors to implement ideological and moral education,which is of great significance for improving the quality of catering talents.Jiangsu College of Tourism gives full play to its professional advantages,actively explores the effective path of ideological and moral education in catering courses,takes the education of socialist core values as the guiding ideology,and builds the“one,two,three”ideological and moral education coordination model.By clarifying“one key”,condensing“two aspects”,and using“three classrooms”,this school achieves much in the implementation and refinement of the curriculum reform of the ideological and political education.
