第3版《中国精神分裂症防治指南》计划书

Proposal of Chinese clinical practice guidelines for the prevention and treatment of schizophrenia,3rd edition

为了优化精神分裂症的诊治,同时为临床实践提供指导并制定更有效的临床治疗策略,中华医学会精神医学分会发起制定第3版《中国精神分裂症防治指南》,对第2版《中国精神分裂症防治指南》进行更新和修订,旨在普及精神分裂症相关知识,推动知识的完善,并加速新理论和技术在临床实践中的应用。本指南将基于现有的精神分裂症文献证据,遵循世界卫生组织在2014年发表的指南制定手册和中华医学会发布的《中国制订/修订临床诊疗指南的指导原则(2022版)》的方法,按照指南质量评价工具(Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation,AGREEⅡ)和卫生保健实践指南报告条目(Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare,http://www.right-statement.org)的标准,开展指南制订工作。本计划书主要介绍指南制定的意义、目的、指南工作组组成、临床问题的确定、证据获取与评价、推荐意见形成等过程。

To optimize the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia and provide guidance for clinical practice as well as more effective treatment strategies,the Chinese Society of Psychiatry initiated the development of the 3rd edition of the Chinese clinical practice guidelines on treatment of schizophrenia to update and revise the 2nd Edition.The guidelines aim to promote knowledge about schizophrenia,improve expertise,and accelerate the application of new theories and technologies in clinical practice.Based on existing evidence on schizophrenia,following the World Health Organization Guidelines handbook published in 2014 and the Guiding principles for the development/revision of clinical practice guidelines in China(2022 edition)issued by the Chinese Medical Association.The guideline development process will adhere to the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation(AGREEⅡ)and the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(http://www.right-statement.org).This protocol mainly introduces the significance and objectives,the composition of the guideline working group,the process of identifying clinical questions,evidence acquisition and evaluation,and forming recommendations.
