The Cultivation Mode of Innovative Pharmaceutical Talents Based on the Needs of Building Health Island in Hainan

海南大学药学院基于海南健康岛建设对药学人才的需求,综合改革药学专业本科教学模式,将思想政治教育渗透进专业知识教育,将基础知识教育融合课外实践教育,在共性教育中突出学生个性教育,在从严管理中结合教师的人格感化,探索集思想指引、知识引领、生活关心、心理关怀、职业规划于一体的教育机制。多方面、多层次、多角度对药学生进行全面培养与教育,培养具有创造力的药学专业人才。

Based on the demand for pharmaceutical talents in constructing Hainan health island,the School of Pharmaceutical Science at Hainan University comprehensively reforms the undergraduate teaching model for the pharmaceutical major.It integrates ideological and political education into professional knowledge education,combines basic knowledge education with extracurricular practical education,emphasizes individualized education for students in general education,and combines strict management with teachers'personality influence.The study explores an educational system that integrates ideological guidance,know-ledge leadership,care for students'lives,psychological support,and career planning.By cultivating and educating pharmaceutical students from multiple dimensions and levels,it aims to promote the comprehensive development and cultivate pharmaceutical professionals with creativity.
