中药本科生创新创业能力培养探究

Exploring the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Undergraduates in Chinese Materia Medica

随着“新医科”和“健康中国”战略的推进,中医药大健康产业快速发展,社会对创新型、复合型中医药专业人才需求量不断增加。首都医科大学通过制定一项创新创业激励政策,开设一门创新创业课程,建设一个创新创业项目库,组织一系列创新创业主题活动,整合教育教学资源,总结出一套创新创业能力培养模式,以“五个一”工程助力中药学本科生创新创业能力的提升。

With the advancement of the“New Medicine”and“Healthy China”strategies,the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)industry has rapidly developed,and the demand for innovative and composite TCM professionals in society continues to increase.Capital Medical University has formulated an incentive policy for innovation and entrepreneurship,established a course on innovation and entrepreneurship,created a project library for innovation and entrepreneurship,organized a series of activities on innovation and entrepreneurship themes,integrated educational resources,and summarized a set of models for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship capacity.The“Five Ones”initiative is implemented to promote the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship capacity among Chinese Materia Medica undergraduates.
