新时代宁夏民族交往交流交融研究——以闽宁镇原隆生态移民村为例

Study on Interactions,Exchanges and Integration among Ethnic Groups in Ningxia:Case Study of the Ecological Immigrant Village in Yuanlong of Minning Town

原隆村是宁夏闽宁镇一个回族与汉族互嵌居住的生态移民村。搬迁前,原居地的民族交往交流形式单一;搬迁后,由于原隆村的回族和汉族群众在空间上相互嵌入的居住格局,彼此交往互动、交流沟通的机会明显增多。新时代,在日常生活、就业务工、教育教学、文化互动等方面,原隆村各民族交往交流日渐广泛和深入,民族团结进步事业取得了新进展和新成就,从而形成文化上彼此欣赏、经济上相互依存、情感上相互亲近、婚姻中相互包容、归属上共生共赢,展现出民族交融的美好图景。原隆村民族交往交流交融的生动实践对我国新时代民族互嵌式社区构建具有启示意义:始终坚持党对一切工作的全面领导、党政军警民多方协同、干部和群众携手奋进,以互嵌式居住、工作学习、文化娱乐等日常生活为切入点,持续深化民族团结进步创建,促进各民族广泛交往交流交融,逐步实现各民族在空间、文化、经济、社会、心理等方面的全方位嵌入。在以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线的民族工作新时代新征程中,原隆村村民从搬迁前的单一民族居住格局逐步有序过渡为搬迁后的回族与汉族互嵌式社区环境,真正实现了各民族之间的血脉相通、水乳交融,形成了和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展的良好局面。原隆村经验为新时代党的民族工作提供了新样板,也为不断推进中华民族共同体建设凝聚力量。

Yuanlong Village is an ecological immigrant village of ethnic Hui and ethnic Han in Minning Town,Ningxia.Before the relocation,the form of ethnic exchanges in the original residence was single;after the relocation,due to the living pattern of the Hui and Han people in Yuanlong Village in space,the opportunities for interaction and communication with each other increased significantly.In the new era,in aspects including daily life,employment,education and teaching,and cultural interaction,the exchanges and exchanges among all ethnic groups in Yuanlong Village have become increasingly extensive and deepened,and new progress and achievements have been made in ethnic unity and progress.In this way,mutual cultural appreciation,economic interdependence,emotional closeness,mutual tolerance,symbiosis and win-win situation in marriage are formed,emerging a beautiful picture of ethnic integration.The vivid practice of ethnic communication and integration in Yuanlong Village has provided inspiring significance for the construction of ethnic mutual embedded communities in the new era:always upholding and strengthening the overall party leadership of CPC;always coordinating with the Party,government,the army,the police and the people;working hand in hand between the officials and the general public.Starting from the perspectives of daily life,such as mutual embedding residential space,work and study,cultural and recreational activities,we will continue to deepen and innovate the work of unity and progress among ethnic groups,promote exchanges communications and integration among all ethnic groups,and gradually realize the all-round embedding of ethnic groups in spacial,cultural,economic,social,psychological and other factors.In the new era and new journey of solidifying community sense of the Chinese nation as the main line of ethnic work,the gradual and orderly transition from a single ethnic living pattern before relocation into Hui and Han mutually embedded community environment after the relocation of the Yuanlong villagers has truly realized the close ties and integration between all ethnic groups,which has formed the good situation of living in harmony,working together and cooperation,and the harmonious development.The experience of Yuanlong Village not only provides a new path for the Party's ethnic work in the new era,but also gathers strength for the continuous promotion of the construction of the Chinese national community.
