海南自由贸易港建设背景下科研院所构建党建工作新模式的思路与对策

IDEAS AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR THE NEW MODEL OF THE PARTY CONSTRUCTION IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTES UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HAINAN FREE TRADE PORT

党建引领是新时期新征程科研院所做好各项工作的根本保障。海南自由贸易港建设对海南的经济体制、社会管理、思想文化和公共服务等都带来深刻影响,党建工作面临的环境与条件也出现了新变化。在海南自由贸易港建设过程中,科研院所必须适应新形势新变化新要求,积极探索和创新党建工作新模式,为做好各项工作奠定坚实的思想基础和政治保障。文章在借鉴党建引领现行成功做法与典型经验的基础上,研究提出了在海南自由贸易港建设背景下创新科研院所党建工作新模式的基本思路,剖析了创新党建工作新模式面临的矛盾与问题,并提出了相关对策建议,以期为提升党建水平和推进海南自由贸易港高质量发展提供参考。

The leadership of the Party(the Communist Party of China)construction is the fundamental guarantee for scientific research institutes to accomplish missions in the new era.The construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port profoundly impacted Hainan's economic system,social management,ideology and culture,and public services.The environment and conditions the Party construction faced also underwent new changes.During the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port,scientific research institutes must adapt to the unique situation,recent changes,and new requirements,meanwhile actively explore and innovate new models of Party construction to lay a solid ideological foundation and political guarantee for doing an excellent job in various tasks.Based on drawing lessons from the current successful practices and typical experiences of the Party construction,this paper proposed the basic idea of innovating a new model of the Party construction in scientific research institutes under the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port,and it analyzed the contradictions and problems during the innovation.Furthermore,it put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to provide references for improving the level of party building and promoting the high-quality development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
