员工绿色行为对工作幸福感的影响——基本心理需要满足和情绪耗竭的作用

The Influence of Employees'Green Behavior on Job Well-beings——The Role of Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction and Emotional Exhaustion

摘要 基于自我决定理论和资源保存理论,探究员工绿色行为对工作幸福感的影响,以及基本心理需要满足的中介作用和情绪耗竭的调节作用。通过对309名企业员工的调查数据进行层次回归分析和Bootstrap分析,结果表明:员工绿色行为显著正向影响工作幸福感;基本心理需要满足在员工绿色行为与工作幸福感之间起中介作用;情绪耗竭正向调节员工绿色行为与基本心理需要满足之间的关系;情绪耗竭对基本心理需要满足在员工绿色行为与工作幸福感之间的中介效应没有显著调节作用。 Based on self-determination theory and conservation of resource theory,this paper explores the influence of employees'green behavior on job well-beings,the mediating effect of basic psychological need satisfaction and emotional exhaustion.After the hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap analysis on the survey data of 309 employees,it is shown that employees'green behavior has a significant positive impact on job well-beings.Basic psychological need satisfaction mediates the relationship between employees'green behavior and job well-beings.Emotional exhaustion positively moderates the relationship between employees'green behavior and basic psychological need satisfaction.Emotional exhaustion has no significant moderating effect on the mediating effect of basic psychological need satisfaction between employees'green behavior and job well-beings.
