中央经济工作会议提出要把恢复和扩大消费摆在优先位置。为准确把握当前消费提质升级新趋势、新特征,全面了解新型消费发展情况,找准找实新型消费培育存在的关键问题,该文对云南省新型消费培育情况开展调研,了解云南省新型消费的特点、亮点,总结提炼了新型消费存在的“五不缺五缺”突出问题,提出加快新型消费发展的对策建议。

The Central Economic Work Conference proposed that priority should be given to restoring and expanding consumption.In order to accurately grasp the current new trends and characteristics of consumption quality improvement and upgrading,fully understand the development of new consumption,and identify the key problems existing in the cultivation of new consumption,this paper conducts a survey on the cultivation of new consumption in Yunnan Province,understands the characteristics and highlights of new consumption in Yunnan Province,summarizes and refines five outstanding problems existing in new consumption and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the development of new consumption.
