实验舱α对日定向装置长寿命润滑技术研究

摘要 针对空间站实验舱α对日定向装置活动部件润滑方案,研究了MoS2基润滑润滑膜、PM6润滑润滑膜和Au-TiN润滑膜摩擦学特性,并通过原子氧侵蚀试验验证MoS2基润滑膜耐受空间环境原子氧的性能。开展固体润滑膜涂覆真空润滑油脂的摩擦验证试验,探究固液混合下固体润滑膜的物理特性。采用等效真实产品状态寿命件,完成润滑膜真空寿命试验,验证长寿命润滑技术,对后续长寿命航天器的设计具有指导和借鉴意义。 In view of the lubrication schemes for the moving parts of solar arrayαrotary joints of the Wentian and Mengtian lab modules,the tribological characteristics of MoS2-,PM6-,and Au-TiN-based solid lubricating films are studied.By atomic oxygen attack tests,the resistance ability of the MoS2-based solid lubricating film against the atomic oxygen irradiation is verified,and the physical characteristics of the PM6-based solid lubricating film with solid-liquid composite lubrication are analyzed.The equivalent real product state life parts are used to carry out vacuum life tests for the lubricating films,and the obtained results verify the feasibility of the long-life lubrication technology.The study is of guidance and reference significance for the subsequent design of long-life spacecrafts.
