炼化一体化企业裂解原料优化思路与实践

摘要 以某炼化一体化企业中乙烯装置为例,阐述了该乙烯装置近十年,通过增加裂解气、液相饱和液化气流程等优化裂解原料结构,优化外购油田轻烃、石脑油等轻质原料以及企业内部炼厂的加氢尾油、加裂柴油等重质裂解原料指标;探讨了以“宜烯则烯、宜芳则芳”为原则,对裂解原料尤其是重质裂解原料进行“分储分裂”等优化思路、措施和效果,以说明乙烯装置裂解原料轻质化、优质化和规范化的优化思路和成功应用经验,对企业提升乙烯装置乙烯收率、双烯收率、装置能耗等技术经济指标的重要性。 Taking an ethylene plant in an integrated refining and chemical enterprise as an example,the structure optimization of cracking raw materials by adding cracking gas and liquid saturated liquefied gas process in the ethylene plant in the past ten years was discussed as well as the indexes optimization of light raw materials such as light hydrocarbons and naphtha purchased from oilfields and heavy cracking raw materials such as hydrogenated tail oil and cracked diesel oil in internal refineries.The optimization ideas,measures and effects of separate storage and separate cracking of raw materials especially heavy cracking raw materials were introduced,so as to illustrate the optimization ideas and successful application experience of lightweight,high-quality and standardized cracking raw materials in ethylene plant,which was important for enterprises to improve the technical and economic indicators such as ethylene yield,diene yield and energy consumption of ethylene plant.
