摘要
文章关注应用型高校大学英语教师的身份建构的类型以及动因。发现在特定的交际语境下,大学英语教师通过多种话语实践建构教学工作者、科研工作者、社会工作者、文化传播者和国际合作者等多元语用身份;这受到大学英语教学改革、教师职称晋升、工作绩效考核、文化传承和高等教育国际化等多种因素的驱动。
The paper focuses on the types and motivations of identity construction of college English teachers in application-oriented universities.It is found that,in specific communicative contexts,college English teachers construct multiple pragmatic identities such as teachers,researchers,social workers,cultural communicators and international collaborators through various discourse practices.These identity constructions may be driven by many factors,like college English teaching reform,teachers’professional promotion,job performance assessment,cultural inheritance and higher education internationalization.
