摘要
主要运用了C-D生产函数和丹尼森因素分析法,对广东省2010—2020年高等职业教育和本科教育对经济增长贡献率进行比较分析,得出高等职业教育贡献率明显低于本科教育贡献率的结论。在此基础上,分析了广东高等职业教育贡献率明显低于本科教育的原因,并提出组建职教集团、重视职业本科人才培养、调整高职专业结构、组建“双师型”教师团队、建立科学的教育评价机制等对策。
C-D production function and Denison factor analysis were used to compare the contribution rates of higher vocational education and undergraduate education to economic growth in Guangdong province from 2010 to 2020,and the conclusion was drawn that the contribution rate of higher vocational education was significantly lower than that of undergraduate education.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons why the contribution rate of higher vocational education in Guangdong is obviously lower than that of undergraduate education,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as forming vocational education groups,attaching importance to the training of vocational undergraduate talents,adjusting the structure of higher vocational majors,setting up a“double-qualified”teacher team,and establishing a scientific education evaluation mechanism.
