摘要
通过试验研究对比了两种不同应用方案的加密硅灰对C 30~C 60混凝土抗压强度及抗水渗透性能的影响。方案1是加密硅灰内掺5%,水泥在总胶材中用量降低10%;方案2是加密硅灰内掺5%,水泥在自身用量的基础上降低10%。结果表明:对于抗压强度,方案1中混凝土前60 d强度小于方案2及空白组对应的混凝土强度,但至90 d时强度相对最大;方案2中混凝土7 d强度最大,28 d、60 d强度大于方案1但略小于空白组;在抗水渗透性能上,方案1和方案2中混凝土60 d的抗水渗透性能均与空白组相当。试验研究成果可以很好地指导实际工程应用,具有良好的经济效益。
The effects of two different application schemes of cemented silica fume on compressive strength and water permeability resistance of C30~C60 concrete were studied and compared by testing.In Scheme 1,the dosage of cemented silica fume was 5%,and the cement amount in the total cementing material decreased by 10%.In Scheme 2,the dosage of cemented silica fume was 5%,and the cement consumption decreased by 10%.Results showed:In terms of compressive strength,the 60d strength of concrete in Scheme 1 is lower than that of Scheme 2 and the blank group,but the 90d strength was the highest.In Scheme 2,the 7d strength of concrete was the highest,and the 28d and 60d strength was higher than that of Scheme 1 but slightly lower than that of the blank group.The 60d water permeability resistance of concrete in Schemes 1 and 2 were similar to that of the blank group.The experimental research results can properly guide actual engineering applications,with good economic benefits.
