摘要
先通过试验研究,从3种不同的C60混凝土配合比中遴选出较优的一种,之后在此配合比的基础上进行参数调整,研究了消泡粉掺量、矿物掺合料比例、砂率对C60清水混凝土抗压强度及表观质量的影响。试验结果表明:在“先消后引”的引气方式条件下,随着消泡粉掺量的增加,混凝土抗压强度先增后降,且掺量较大时会使混凝土表观质量降低;相比单独增加粉煤灰或矿粉的用量,在两者用量同时增长2%的条件下,混凝土抗压强度和表观质量均相对较好;随着砂率的增大,混凝土抗压强度呈降低趋势,但表观质量高。该研究成果可很好地指导实际工程应用。
In the experimental study,a more optimal ratio was selected from three different C60 concrete ratios,based on which the mix ratio parameters were adjusted and the impact of defoamer powder content,mineral admixture proportion and sand coarse aggregate ratio on the compressive strength and apparent quality of C60 fair-faced concrete was studied.The experimental results show that under the air-entraining mode of"elimination first and then entraining",the compressive strength of concrete increases first and then decreases along with the increase of defoamer powder content,and higher defoamer powder content will lower the apparent quality of concrete;compared with the single increase in the usage of fly ash or mineral powder,content can achieve a better performance in both compressive strength and apparent quality when the usage of fly ash and mineral powder is increased by 2%at the same time;the higher the sand coarse aggregate ratio,the lower the compressive strength of concrete,but the higher the apparent quality of concrete.These research findings play a positive role in guiding the application in practical projects.
