摘要
金属内防护层作为一种硬质防护层,主要采用钢结构构件,其设计深化、精细加工,每个部位构件均采用螺栓连接形式,可完全避免因现场加工、焊接产生的火灾隐患。成品化施工安装简单迅速,材料损耗少,安装完成后在施工作业层与下方大厅之间形成一道完全封闭隔离的金属防护层,实现上层施工、下层正常使用“交叉作业”的目的。整体防砸抗冲击性能好,且满足文明施工和绿色节能环保的要求,可起到防砸、防火、防尘、防味的重要作用。
As a rigid protective layer,the inner metal protective layer is mainly composed of steel members,featuring in-depth design and fine processing.All members are bolts to completely prevent fire hazards in on-site processing and welding.Finished products can be installed simply and rapidly with little material loss,to form a metal protective layer for complete isolation between the construction layer and hall,thus achieving the purpose of“cross operation”of upper construction and lower hall use.The whole protective layer has good resistance to smashing and impact and meets the requirements for civilized construction,energy conservation and environmental protection.It also plays an important role in preventing smashing,fire,dust and odor.
