盐城黄海湿地博物馆改造加固施工技术

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR RENOVATION AND REINFORCEMENT OF YELLOW SEA WETLAND MUSEUM IN YANCHENG

江苏盐城黄海湿地博物馆由旧火车站改造而来,为保证博物馆的施工质量和安全,开展了黄海湿地博物馆的改造加固施工技术研究,首先对施工难点进行了介绍,并提出了相应的施工对策,然后对不同层柱的加固措施分别采用碳纤维加固、扩大截面加固和外包型钢加固;不同层梁的加固措施分别采用增大截面加固和外包型钢加固;板的加固措施采用粘贴钢板加固,板底采用钢梁加固;最后对裂缝的修补技术进行了说明。

The Yellow Sea Wetland Museum in Yancheng,Jiangsu Province was built based on an old railway station.In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of this museum,the construction technology was studied for renovation and reinforcement of the Yellow Sea Wetland Museum.First,construction difficulties are introduced and corresponding construction countermeasures are put forward.Then,reinforcement measures are described,including carbon fiber reinforcement,expanded section reinforcement and external steel reinforcement for columns of different layers;large section reinforcement and external steel reinforcement for beams of different layers,steel plate adhesion for slabs,and steel beam reinforcement at the bottoms of slabs.Finally,crack repair techniques are illustrated.
