摘要
随着乏燃料后处理设备需求及要求的不断提高,研究其结构形式及制造过程中的检漏方法凸显出重要意义。本文首先介绍了乏燃料后处理厂规范等级为放化级的环形槽设备的结构形式特点,并结合其特殊的结构形式提出了提高设备制造过程中氦检漏试验工作效率的可行性措施,并结合相关实践经验,探讨了氦检漏技术在制造检验中的有效应用。
With the increasing demand and requirements of spent fuel reprocessing equipment,the study of its structural form and leakage detection methods in the manufacturing process has highlighted its importance.This paper firstly introduces the structural characteristics of the annular tank equipment of the spent fuel reprocessing plant,which is of discharge level,and puts forward feasible measures to improve the efficiency of helium leakage testing during the manufacturing process of the equipment in the light of its special structural form,and explores the effective application of helium leakage testing technology in the manufacturing inspection in the light of the relevant practical experience.
