图书馆从文献服务迈向知识服务,空间的作用日益显著。智慧空间是图书馆新型知识服务业态,其发展分成三个阶段从RFID化、到无人化服务、到时空虚拟化和服务智慧化。通过梳理图书馆智慧空间的典型场景和主要技术现状,总结智慧空间的初步模型,其自下而上包括基础设施层、数据层、人工智能层、空间层、应用层、交互层六个层次,并将智慧评级分为初级、中级和高级。人工智能技术将成为图书馆智慧空间的新生产力,元宇宙将推动图书馆智慧空间形成新生产关系。图书馆智慧空间的构建方式是夯实基础设施和基础数据、积极引入人工智能和元宇宙、应用创新和提升体验。

From literature service to knowledge service,the role of space is increasingly significant in the libraries.Smart space is a new type of library knowledge service,its development is divided into three stages,from RFID,to unmanned service,to virtual space-time and intelligence service.This paper summarizes the typical scenes,preliminary models,and intelligence rating of library smart space,and summarizes the main technology status.Artificial intelligence technology will become the new productivity,and metaverse technology will promote the new production relations,in the smart space of library.Libraries should embrace smart space with a more active attitude.The integration and combination of virtuality and reality is a new idea of space service and knowledge service.Talents and data are the key to the construction of smart space.The resource optimization,project practice and technical data platform are the approaches to the construction of smart space.9 tabs.42 refs.
