摘要
全无机卤化双钙钛矿是一类具备优异光电特性和稳定性的环境友好型非铅材料。因其在太阳能电池、光电探测器和发光二极管中具有巨大的应用潜力,受到国内外研究人员的青睐。本综述主要围绕全无机卤化双钙钛矿的结构特点和光电特性展开研究,重点对全无机卤化双钙钛矿的制备方法和应用方向进行归纳。最后,进一步总结了全无机卤化双钙钛矿材料目前的科学瓶颈及解决方案,期望对全无机卤化双钙钛矿的材料性能提升和光电器件应用提供有价值的参考。
All-inorganic halide double perovskites are a class of environmental-friendly lead-free materials with the superior photoelectric properties and stabilities.These materials exhibit a great potential in solar cell applications,detectors and light-emitting diodes.This review mainly represented the crystal structures and photoelectric properties of all-inorganic halide double perovskites as well as their synthesis methods and applications.Meanwhile,This paper summarized the scientific bottlenecks of these inorganic materials and their corresponding devices,thus providing insightful guidelines for further improvement of their properties suitable for optoelectronicdevices.
