参与式共建视角下档案文献知识服务用户满意度研究

Study on User Satisfaction of Archival Literature Knowledge Service from the Perspective of Participatory Co-construction

用户参与档案文献知识服务建设是优化档案文献知识服务工作、提升用户满意度的重要途径。本文首先对用户参与档案文献知识服务的现实需求进行分析,梳理了当前阶段影响用户满意度提升以及档案文献知识服务工作优化的因素。然后,阐述了用户参与档案文献知识服务的价值,并构建参与式共建视角下档案文献知识服务的基本框架。最后,提出参与式共建视角下档案文献知识服务用户满意度提升的具体策略。

User participation in the construction of archival literature knowledge services is an important way to optimize archival literature knowledge service work and improve user satisfaction.This paper first analyzes the practical needs of users to participate in archival literature knowledge services and summarizes the factors that affect the improvement of user satisfaction and the optimization of archival literature knowledge services at the current stage.Then,the value of user participation in archival literature knowledge services is elaborated and a basic framework for archival literature knowledge services is constructed from the perspective of participatory co-construction.Finally,specific strategies for improving user satisfaction with archival literature knowledge services from a participatory co-construction perspective are proposed.
