基于智库双螺旋法的科学概念创新问题辨析与影响因素分析

摘要 科技创新是社会发展的驱动力。除了技术上的创新,理论上的科学概念创新也是高质量科学创新研究的关键组成部分。本研究首先基于智库双螺旋法的问题解析法对科学概念创新进行了问题界定、分析了科学概念创新的主观性和客观性并对其影响因素进行了细化分解和作用机制阐述,然后将科学概念创新过程总结为“科学问题提出-试探性解答-新概念明朗-新概念验证和修正”4个发展阶段,最后表达了科学概念创新的最终目标应是开创一种研究范式的观点。本研究还认为,科学概念是科研人员基于历史资料,在外界环境影响下,遵从科学概念发展规律,在严谨的逻辑思维、生动的形象思维、突发性的灵感思维等综合作用下的科学抽象产物,而综合性、集成性的创造性思维是科学概念创新的关键。 Scientific and technological innovation is the driving force of social development.And scientific conceptual innovation in theory is of vital significance to high-quality scientific innovated research.Guided by think tank double helix methodology and process of"analysis-convergence-reduction",this paper defined the concept and described the problem about scientific conceptual innovation,then analyzed the subjectivity and objectivity of scientific conceptual innovation and proposed subjective and objective factors that affect the scientific conceptual innovation.Furthermore,the formation process of innovative scientific concept is integrated and summarized into four stages:putting forward scientific questions and tentative solutions,clarifying new concept,validating,and amending new concepts.Finally,it is proposed that the ultimate goal of scientific conceptual innovation should be creating a new research paradigm.The research also showed that scientific concept is the abstract product created by researchers based on the comprehensive effect of historical data,the influence of external environment,the development law of scientific concept,and thinking styles featured by rigorous logic,vivid image and creative inspiration.The comprehensive and integrated creative thinking is key to scientific conceptual innovation.
