安全仪式感对人的安全心理和行为的影响研究

Research on How Safety Ritual Sense Influence People's Safety Psychology and Behavior

为研究安全仪式感对人的安全心理和行为的影响,增强安全仪式感在安全建设中的作用,本研究从仪式感出发,解析安全仪式感的定义及内涵;深入分析安全仪式感对个人和对组织的功能、产生条件以及形成机理,构建“安全仪式感的形成机理”框图;构建“安全仪式感作用下的人的安全心理和行为”模型,指出安全仪式感如何影响安全心理和行为,最终实现安全目标。结果表明:安全仪式感可通过安全心理的3个维度和安全行为的4个维度加强人的安全心理,提升人的安全行为,为企业实现安全目标打下坚实基础。

In order to study the impact of safety ritual sense on people's psychological safety and behavior and enhance the role of such sense in safety construction,the study begun with a sense of ritual and analyze its meaning and connotation.The study analyzed the function of safety ritual sense in depth to individuals and organizations,its emergence conditions and mechanisms of formation.,and constructed the diagram of"formation mechanisms of safety ritual sense".The study constructed the model of"personal safety psychology and behavior under the role of safety ritual sense".It is pointed out that how this sense enhances people's psychological safety and influence their behavior,and how to achieve the safety goals.The results showed that the sense of safety ritual can strengthen people's safety psychology through the three dimensions of safety psychology and enhance people's safety behavior through the four dimensions of safety behavior.The study lay a solid foundation for enterprises to achieve safety goals.
