“肠道-皮肤”轴研究进展及其与中医理论的相关性

Research Progress on the"Gut-Skin"Axis and Its Relevance to TCM Theory

目前,“肠道-器官”轴已成为研究的热点,肠道微生物在维持各个器官的健康方面变得越来越重要,其与各个器官的复杂综合的对话机制在越来越多的研究中被证实。皮肤作为人体最大的器官,是保护机体免受伤害的重要屏障,“肠道-皮肤”轴理论的提出,为肠道和皮肤之间建立了双向联系。皮肤疾病的发生与肠道微生物失调密切相关,其作用机制复杂,可通过免疫途径、代谢物途径及内分泌途径产生影响。在中医理论中记载“有诸内,必形诸外”,肠道与皮肤都属于中医肺系的范畴,皮肤的呼吸、排汗和肠道的通畅都与肺卫的宣肃关系密切。根据中医的辨证论治理论,肠道疾病和皮肤疾病应同时注重内部的根本调养和外部的对症治疗。该文就近十年“肠道-皮肤”轴的研究进行综述,并结合中医理论,阐述皮肤与肠道的关系及治疗手段,为皮肤及肠道疾病临床治疗及药物研发提供思路和依据。

Currently,the"gut-organ"axis has become a hot topic of research,and a complex and integrated dialogue mechanism between the gastrointestinal tract and the associated microbiota is increasingly being demonstrated,with gut microbes becoming increasingly important in maintaining the health of various organs.The development of the"gut-skin"axis has established a bidirectional link between the gut and the skin.The disruption of the gut microbial barrier can lead to the development of skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis,and its mechanism of action is complex and can have effects through multiple pathways.According to the theory of TCM,the connection between the intestine and the skin can be established through the lung,and"what is internal must be externalized".This paper reviews the research progress of the"intestine-skin"axis and its correlation with TCM theory and provides ideas and a basis for clinical treatment and drug development of skin and intestinal diseases.
