摘要
钢水包起重机在使用中车轮发生突然崩裂。采用化学成分分析、断口分析、显微组织检验、硬度测试等理化检验技术对其崩裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,该车轮由于用材不当,改锻造工艺为铸造生产,热处理效果不达标,导致车轮整体强度偏低、脆性大,造成车轮在重载工作应力作用下于辐板工艺孔边缘萌生裂纹并沿轮箍圆周方向扩展,当裂纹达到一定程度时,由于车轮强度不足和脆性较大,产生脆性崩裂。
Wheel of the ladle crane suddenly cracked during use.Chemical composition analysis,fracture analysis,microstructure examination and hardness testing were used to analyze the reasons of the crack.The result show that due to improper material selection of the wheel,transforming the forging process into casting production and substandard heat treatment effect,the overall strength of the wheel is low and the brittleness is large,resulting in the cracks initiate at the edge of the web process hole under heavy load working stress propagate along the circumferential direction of the tire.When the crack growth to a certain level,the wheel brittle cracked due to insufficient strength and high brittleness.
