粉煤加压气化装置固废综合利用改造分析

Analysis of comprehensive utilization and transformation of solid waste in pulverized coal pressurized gasification unit

摘要 通过采用高温预热稳燃、显热回收助燃等核心技术,购置国产设备对加压气化工艺所产滤饼固废进行综合回收利用,开车初期用燃料气助燃,正常运行不需外加能量,可以实现自燃烧,同时副产2.5 MPa中压饱和蒸汽,处理后的粉滤饼可燃物含量低,能够达到一级灰标准,用于水泥等建筑行业,实现固废综合利用。 Through usage of high-temperature preheating and combustion stabilization,sensible heat recovery combustion and other core technologies,the purchase of domestic equipment for the comprehensive recycling of filter cake solid wastes produced by the pressurized gasification process.Fuel gas is used to combustion at the beginning of the strart-up.The normal operation of the fuel gas does not require additional energy,which can achieve self-combustion,while produce the by-production of 2.5MPa medium-pressure saturated steam.The combustion of powdered filter cake has a low content of combustibles which can meet the standards of the first-grade ash.It can be used in cement and other construction industries to realize the comprehensive utilization of solid waste.
