摘要
论文围绕75 t/h循环流化床锅炉低氮燃烧改造而展开,重点是优化改造二次风系统改造、分离器改造、返料系统优化、炉膛风帽改造、SNCR脱硝系统优化、增设尾部受热面吹灰系统,改造前氮氧化物排放浓度为380~400mg/m3(标况),改造后氮氧化物排放浓度50 mg/m3(标况)以下,锅炉稳定运行,锅炉整体运行参数明显优化提升,提高了锅炉运行效能。
This paper resolves around the tow nitrogen combustion retrofit of a 75 t/h circulating fludized bed boiler,with a focus on optimization and transformation of the secondary air system modification,separator modification,return material system optimization,furnace hood modification,SNCR denitrification system optimization,and addition of the tail heating surface soot blowing system.The concentration of nitrogen oxides emissions before transformation is 380~400 mg/m3,and after the transformation,the concentration of nitrogen oxides emissions is below 50 mg/m3.The boiler operates stably,and the overall operating parameters are obviously optimized and improved,which improves the operating efficiency of the boiler.
