2022年天津地区鱼源气单胞菌耐药性分析

摘要 为了解天津地区鱼源气单胞菌(Aeromonas spp.)对抗菌药物的感受性,指导科学用药,2022年从宝坻、宁河等地区鲤、鲫、草鱼等大宗淡水鱼中分离气单胞菌属细菌60株,经鉴定分别为嗜水气单胞菌32株、温和气单胞菌18株、维氏气单胞菌8株、豚鼠气单胞菌2株。利用微量稀释法对分离菌株进行了药敏检测,结果显示:分离菌株对恩诺沙星、盐酸多西环素、硫酸新霉素感受性较低,其MIC_(50)分别为0.12、0.27、1.31μg/mL,MIC 90分别为1.58、2.92、5.37μg/mL,甲砜霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶对分离菌株的MIC_(50)和MIC 90均较高。经Kruskal-Wallis检验比较不同种属的气单胞菌对抗菌药物感受性,嗜水气单胞菌、温和气单胞菌、维氏气单胞菌对硫酸新霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考、氟甲喹、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶感受性存在差异。结论:建议使用恩诺沙星、盐酸多西环素、硫酸新霉素做为天津地区治疗气单胞菌疾病的首选药物,需结合药敏检测结果和药代动力学相关数据确定使用剂量和周期。 To investigate the drug resistance of Aeromonas spp.and guide drug use,in 2022,60 strains of Aeromonas were isolated from freshwater fish such as carp,crucian carp and grass carp in Baodi,Ninghe and other areas.It contained 32 strains of A.hydrophila,18 strains of A.sobria,8 strains of A.veronii and 2 strains of A.caviae.Microdilution method was used to test the drug resistance of the isolated strains.The results showed that the isolated strains had low drug resistance to enrofloxacin,doxycycline hydrochloride,and neomycin sulfate,The MIC_(50)were 0.12,0.27,1.31μg/mL and MIC 90 were 1.58,2.92,5.37μg/mL,MIC_(50)and MIC 90 of thiamphenicol,sulfamonomethoxine,sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim were higher for the isolated strains.Kruskal Wallis test was used to compare the drug resistance of different species,the drug resistance of A.hydrophila,A.sobria and A.veronii for the nethoprim was different.It was concluded that enrofloxacin,doxycycline hydrochloride and neomycin sulfate should be used as the first-choice drugs for the treatment of Aeromonas disease in Tianjin,and the dosage and cycle should be determined by the drug resistance test results and pharmacokinetic data.
