鹿茸的化学成分与药理作用研究进展

摘要 鹿茸是指梅花鹿或马鹿的雄鹿未骨化而带茸毛的幼角。鹿茸中含有10余种氨基酸、20多种微量元素,以及多糖类、磷脂类、核酸类、激素类等有机化合物。鹿茸具有抗炎症、抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗骨质疏松、增强免疫力等功效。文章对近年来鹿茸的化学成分和药理作用进行了综述,并对未来的研究应用前景进行了展望,以期为鹿茸研究活性成分和开发中成药或保健品提供理论依据。 Antler velvet refers to the young,unossified,hairy horns of sika or red deer.Antler velvet contains more than 10 kinds of amino acids,more than 20 kinds of trace elements,as well as polysaccharides,phospholipids,nucleic acids,hormones and other organic compounds.Antler velvet has anti-inflammation,anti-fatigue,anti-oxidation,anti-osteoporosis,enhance immunity and other effects.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of antler velvet were reviewed,and the future research and application prospects were prospected,in order to provide theoretical basis for the study of active ingredients and the development of proprietary Chinese medicine or health care products.
