摘要
本研究对刚察县沙柳河镇某养殖场中病死牦牛病料进行细菌的分离鉴定、PCR检测、分型鉴定以及药敏试验,结果于死亡牦牛病料组织中分离鉴定到荚膜A型脂多糖L3型多杀性巴氏杆菌,该菌株对多粘菌素、多粘菌素B、诺氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林、氨苄青霉素、头孢唑林、呋喃妥因、恩诺沙星、红霉素、四环素、氧氟沙星、头孢唑林/先锋霉素、阿莫西林—克拉维酸共14种药物敏感;对新生霉素、万古霉素、阿米卡星3种药物耐药;对强力霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素中敏。该研究为本地区流行菌株疫苗研制以及药物防治提供了参考。
In this study,bacteria isolation and identification,PCR detection,typing and drug Sensitivity tests were carried out on diseased yak samples from a breeding farm in Shaliuhe Town,Gangcha County.The results showed that capsular type A lipopolysaccharide type L3 Pasteurella multocida was isolated and identified from diseased yak samples.The strain was sensitive to 14 drugs,including polymyxin,polymyxin B,norfloxacin,levofloxacin,amoxicillin,ampicillin,cefazolin,furantoin,enrofloxacin,erythromycin,tetracycline,ofloxacin,cefazolin/Cefin,amoxicillin and clavulanate.Resistant to neomycin,vancomycin and amikacin;It is mid-sensitive to doxycycline,chloramphenicol and gentamicin.This study provides reference for the development of vaccine and drug prevention of endemic strains in this region.
