巴彦淖尔市农牧业科技创新发展对策探讨

Analysis on the Current Situation of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Innovation in Bayannaoer City

“十三五”以来,巴彦淖尔市着力推进农牧业科技创新,形成了一批新技术、建设了一批新平台,但生态环境脆弱、人才支撑不足、产业链不长、生产效益不高等问题仍然突出。通过系统阐述巴彦淖尔市农牧业科技创新发展现状,对当前存在的问题进行了分析,并就未来农牧业科技创新发展提出了新的思路。

Since the"13th Five-Year Plan",Bayannur has made great efforts to promote scientific and technological innovation in ag‐riculture and animal husbandry,forming a number of new technologies and building a number of new platforms,but the problems of fragile ecological environment,insufficient talent support,short industrial chain and low production efficiency are still prominent.This paper systematically expounded the current situation of agricultural science and technology innovation and development in Bay‐annur City,analyzed the existing problems,and put forward its own views on the future agricultural science and technology innova‐tion and development.
