基于层次分析法的农林类高校教师信息素养评价体系研究

Study on the Evaluation System of Teachers'Information Literacy in Agricultural Universities Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

为进一步优化农林类高校教师信息素养水平评价指标体系,采用层次分析法构建高校教师信息素养模型,利用德尔菲法专家问卷进行调查,得到两两比较矩阵,对其计算权向量后进行一致性检验,最终得出相关因子的影响力排序。结果表明:强化信息意识和主动关注意识,增强信息知识,提高创建新信息的能力水平,是提升高校教师信息素养水平的重要举措。

In order to further optimize the evaluation index system of information literacy level of teachers in agriculture and forestry universities,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to construct the information literacy model of teachers in universities and col‐leges,and the two comparison matrix is obtained by using the Delphi method expert questionnaire.After calculating the weight vec‐tor,the consistency test is carried out,and the influence ranking of related factors is finally obtained.The results show that strength‐ening information awareness and active attention awareness,enhancing information knowledge and improving the ability to create new information are important measures to improve the information literacy level of college teachers.
