保护消费者权益,加强网购纺织服装产品质量监管,提高网络纺织服装监督抽检的有效性与规范性。结合多年线下线上市场监督抽样经验,分析了目前网络纺织工业产品安全监督抽检的现状与难点,围绕电商平台纺织服装监督抽检的全过程,提出了一套具有可操作性的纺织服装监督抽检方法,为市场监督管理部门网络抽检提供可循依据。

In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers,strengthen the quality supervision of online textile and apparel products,and improve the effectiveness and standardization of online textile and apparel supervision sampling inspection,combined with years of sampling experience of offline and online market supervision,analyzed the current situation and difficulties of online textile and apparel product safety supervision sampling inspection,centering on the whole process of e-commerce platform textile and apparel supervision sampling inspection,This paper puts forward a set of feasible methods for textile and garment supervision and sampling inspection,which provides the basis for market supervision and management departments to follow.
