核应急医学救援中医技保障模块的构建、应用及思考

Construction,Application and Thought of Medical Technical Support Module in Nuclear Emergency Medical Rescue

目的结合核应急医学救援演训参训经验,梳理演训中医技保障模块在构建、应用中存在的不足,探讨改进途径以供参考借鉴。方法演训实践、文献查阅与座谈交流,分析核应急医学救援医技保障模块的功能定位、构建中存在问题,提出解决方案。结果医技保障模块可为救援队提供药材保障、防护装备、辅助检查、剂量评估等专业技术支撑,是保障救援工作高效运转的重要环节。但目前医技保障模块仍存在队员素质不均一、药材筹措机制不畅、放射性检测效度低、救援效率不够高等问题,需进一步完善。结论核应急医学救援中医技保障模块可通过提升队员素质,畅通放射损伤类药材筹措渠道,深究放射性检测效度细节,加强检验、检测平台集成化建设,推进信息化高效救援等方法加强建设,更好地为核事故医学救援工作提供支撑作用。

Objective To summarize the deficiencies in the construction and application of medical technology support module in training based on the experience of participating in nuclear emergency medical rescue training,so as to explore the improving way for reference.Methods Through the practice of training,literature review and symposium,the problems on the functional orientation,construction of medical technical support module for nuclear emergency medical rescue were analyzed,and the solutions were proposed.Results The medical technical support module could provide professional technical support such as medicinal material support,protective equipment,auxiliary inspections,dose assessment,etc for rescue team,which was an important link in nuclear accident medical rescue work.However,there were problems in the medical technical support module,including uneven individual quality of team members,poor mechanism for collecting medicinal materials,low effectiveness of radiation testing and insufficient rescue efficiency,which need to be further improved.Conclusion The medical technical support module for nuclear accident medical rescue can be strengthened by improving personnel quality,unblocking channels for radiation damage related medicines,delving into the details of radiation detection validity,strengthening the integration of testing platform,and promoting information-based efficient rescue,thus providing more powerful supports for nuclear emergency medical rescue work.
