摘要
为实现小功率开关电源的微型化、高效化和低成本,设计了一款基于OB2263的反激式开关电源,主要包括EMI滤波电路、整流滤波电路、开关管驱动电路、尖峰吸收电路、输出整流及滤波电路、输出反馈电路、过压保护电路等。对各部分电路所涉及的参数和设计过程进行分析并搭建电路验证设计的合理性。结果表明:设计的开关电源可以提供3路DC15V/9A输出和3路DC6V/3A输出,具有稳定性好、精度高、效率高、纹波少的特点,验证了设计的正确性。
In order to achieve miniaturization,efficiency,and low cost of low-power switching power supply,a flyback switching power supply based on OB2263 has been designed,which mainly includes EMI filtering circuit,rectification filtering circuit,switch driver circuit,peak absorption circuit,output rectification and filtering circuit,output feedback circuit,overvoltage protection circuit,etc.The parameters and design process involved in each part of the circuit are analyzed and the circuit is built to verify the rationality of the design.The experimental results show that the designed switching power supply can provide 3 DC15V/9A outputs and 3 DC6V/3A outputs,with characteristics of good stability,high accuracy,high efficiency,and low ripple,verifying the correctness of the design.
