风力发电机复合材料叶片振动特性分析

摘要 针对风力发电机复合材料叶片振动特性问题,以5 MW风力发电机叶片为研究对象,通过复合材料基础确定叶片铺层方案;借助有限元法对复合材料叶片静态固有频率和运行时固有频率展开分析。结果表明:叶片第1阶固有频率为0.887 Hz,叶片前6阶模态振型均未出现扭转振动,表明该叶片抗扭转性能较好;叶片旋转时离心力使得叶片前6阶固有频率均增大,其中对叶片第1阶固有频率提升可达3.6%,对叶片第6阶固有频率仅提高0.44%;且叶片在实际运行时第1阶固有频率分别高出叶片旋转频率1P和3P为77.5%和32.5%,不发生共振现象。 Aiming at the vibration characteristics of wind turbine composite blades,the 5 MW wind turbine blades are taken as the research object,and the blade layup scheme is determined by composite material foundation;The static inherent frequency and running inherent frequency of composite blade are analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the first-order inherent frequency of the blade is 0.887Hz,and no torsional vibration occurs in the first six-order mode vibration,which indicates that the blade has good torsional resistance.When the blade rotates,the centrifugal force increases the first six-order inherent frequencies of the blade,in which the first-order inherent frequency of the blade is increased by 3.6%,and the sixth-order inherent frequency of the blade is only increased by 0.44%.The first-order inherent frequency is 77.5%and 32.5%higher than the blade rotation frequency 1P and 3P respectively,and no resonance phenomenon occurs.
