室温硫化硅橡胶老化程度定量表征方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶老化程度的现场无损定量表征在实践中具有很重要的意义。笔者提出了采用指示剂的发光强度作为指征指标表征RTV硅橡胶老化程度的定量表征方法。通过以SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)作为指示剂,采用人工加速老化的方式处理RTV硅橡胶,并测量了样品的余辉亮度、机械性能和表面形貌等。结果表明,/I_(d)/I_(0)与人工加速老化处理时间呈线性关系。基于此,根据实际测量的/I_(d)/I_(0)可以得到RTV硅橡胶老化程度。/I_(d)/I_(0)的分布较窄表明本方法的精度较高;提供了本方法中对余辉强度测量的时间限制。证明了本方法的可行性。 The non-destructive evaluation of the aging process of room temperature vulcanized(RTV)silicone rubber in the field is of great significance in practice.The author proposes a quantitative method for evaluating the aging process of RTV silicone rubber by introducing an indicator,namely the luminescence intensity of a long afterglow phosphor.The feasibility of this method has been studied by the means of artificially accelerated aging,wherein SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) has been selected as an indicator.The results show that is a linearly correlated with the treatment time of artificial accelerated aging.Based on the obtaine master line,the actual measured may indicate the aging degree of RTV silicone rubber.In this method,the narrow distribution of demonstrates a high accuracy;while provides the time limit for the luminescence intensity measurement.It proves that this method is highly feasible in practice.
