摘要
为了解城市湖泊中大型底栖无脊椎动物与水质及沉积物的关系,采用RDA分析研究了湖北省孝感市6个城市湖泊大型底栖动物群落结构、水质及沉积物特征。结果表明:孝感市城市湖泊中共鉴定出底栖动物4门6纲27属31种,环节动物门种类数最多,占比38.7%,其中颤蚓科种类最多;其次为节肢动物门,占比32.3%,以摇蚊科种类最多。孝感市6个湖泊平均密度1463.23个/m^(2),童家湖平均密度最高,为5176个/m^(2),龙赛湖平均密度最低,为262.4个/m^(2),各湖泊均以节肢动物门密度占比最高。不同湖泊底栖动物密度与水质和沉积物环境因子的RDA分析结果表明,影响底栖动物分布的主要水质环境因子为透明度(SD)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和叶绿素a(Chla)(P<0.05),主要沉积物环境因子为有机质(OM.S)、总氮(TN.S)及重金属镉(Cd)和汞(Hg)(P<0.05)。
To investigate the relationship between macrozoobenthos,water quality,and sediment characteristics in urban lakes,a study was conducted using redundancy analysis(RDA)to analyze the community structure of macrozoobenthos,water quality,and sediment characteristics in six urban lakes in Xiaogan City,Hubei Province,China.The results showed that a total of 31 species from 4 phyla and 6 classes of benthic invertebrates were identified in the urban lakes.The most abundant phylum was Annelida,accounting for 38.7%of the total species,with the highest number of species in the family of Tubificidae.The second most abundant phylum was Arthropoda,accounting for 32.3%of the total species,with the highest number of species in the family of Chironomidae.The average density of the benthic invertebrates in the six lakes was 1463.23 individuals/m^(2).The highest average density was found in Tongjia Lake(5176 individuals/m^(2)),while the lowest average density was in Longsai Lake(262.4 individuals/m^(2)).In each lake,the highest density was attributed to the phylum Arthropoda.The RDA results of benthic invertebrate density and environmental factors related to water quality and sediment characteristics in different lakes revealed that the main water quality factors affecting benthic invertebrate distribution were transparency(SD),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),and chlorophyll a(Chla)(P<0.05).The main sediment factors were organic matter(OM.S),total nitrogen(TN.S),and heavy metals cadmium(Cd)and mercury(Hg)(P<0.05).
