燃煤电厂锅炉吹灰系统的优化策略及应用

摘要 针对某燃煤电厂锅炉存在的炉内结焦、掉焦,排烟温度升高以及主、再热蒸汽温度难以控制等问题,优化调整了吹灰流程,制定了靶向吹灰策略,把控锅炉吹灰的部位、频率与次序,以有效清除受热面灰分、防止锅炉管壁超温、提高锅炉效率,确保锅炉运行的安全性与经济性。 In allusion to the internal coking,dropping of slag,increased flue gas temperature,and the difficulties in controlling the main steam temperature and reheated steam temperature in a coal-fired boiler,the process of soot blowing is optimized,and the targeted soot blowing strategy is made.The locations,frequency and sequence of soot blowing are controlled,so as to effectively re⁃move ash deposits on heating surfaces,mitigate the risk of boiler tube wall overheating,improve the boiler efficiency,and enhance the safety and cost-effectiveness of boiler operation.
