摘要
研制了一种大吨位双轴传动省力丝杠。阐述了双轴传动原理,分析了双轴传动省力丝杠的结构。采用有限元法对双轴传动省力丝杠受力情况进行分析,结果表明该丝杠各项功能和受力情况均达到理想状态要求,可替代传统单轴传动丝杠,提高丝杠的受力吨位,满足架空输电线路大档距耐张绝缘子串10 t以上载荷力有效转移的需要。
A large-tonnage dual-axis transmission labor-saving lead screw is studied.The principle of dual-axis transmission is expounded,and the structure of the dual-axist transmission labor-saving lead screw is analyzed.The finite element method is used to analyze the stress condition of the dual-axis transmission labor-saving lead screw,and the results demonstrate that the various functions and stress condition of this lead screw meet the requirements of the ideal state.This lead screw can replace the traditional single-axis transmission lead screw,enhance the load-bearing capacity,and meet the need for effective transfer of load capacity exceeding 10 t of tension insulator strings of overhead transmission lines with long span.
